At LuxeVail Properties LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), customer satisfaction is a priority. We are committed to providing transparent and fair refund terms to protect both our clients and our business. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing, booking, or reserving any of our services.
1. General Terms
Refunds will be considered based on the type of service purchased, the timing of your cancellation, and the terms outlined at the time of booking or contract. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@luxvailproperties.com.
2. Refunds for Property Rentals or Bookings
For bookings related to property rentals or short-term stays:
Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled rental date may be eligible for a full refund, excluding non-refundable fees or deposits.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before the rental date may be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds for Consultation or Appointment Fees
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled consultation or meeting may receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may receive a 50% refund, subject to review.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Deposits
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking or service. This deposit will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase or agreement and is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, unless otherwise stated in writing by Lux Vail Properties LLC.
5. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date your request is approved.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
We may require additional documentation to process the refund request.
6. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
Services already rendered or completed
No-shows or failure to communicate cancellation
Violation of booking terms or property rules
Acts of negligence, damage, or misuse by the client
7. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics). In such cases, we may offer credits or rescheduling options at our discretion.
