Cancellation Policy

At Lux Vail Properties LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business operations. By using our services or booking with us, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

1. General Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@luxvailproperties.com or by phone at +1 (347) 278 6284. The effective date of the cancellation is the date we receive your request.

2. Property Bookings and Rentals

If your cancellation relates to a property booking, showing, or rental, the following applies:

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees or deposits).

Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

3. Consultations and Appointments

For any scheduled consultation or professional service:

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may be charged the full amount.

4. Non-Refundable Deposits

Some of our services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This will be clearly communicated to you in writing and is non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer credits or reschedule services without penalty.

6. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
